CALM Leadership’s Turrernnong Vikings program was centred on:
- improve the quality of all rugby coaches to deliver a better experience for their players
- key Viking’s strategies and deliverables
The program was delivered over a 4 month period by a series of in person and online workshops plus 1:1 mentoring sessions with 30 coaches, players and mental health leadership group.
