Young North Shore, North Harbour, NZ U21s coach Max Parekura is only a couple of years older than the players he is coaching.
Looking to improve his coach leadership skills with his players, Max engaged with Sean Tagg in the CALM Coach Leadership Mentor Program.
The results were outstanding for Max and his team winning the North Harbour’s U21 championship for the 1st time in many years.
With the players’ commenting – “Max are a very different and better coach than last year!”
