What is the course about?
As a coach leader you need to be clear before a training session or game how you want to communicate with your players, and how you will engage them to be involved in the discussions and conversations.
The style of communication needs to be true to your personality, but aligned with the players capability to relate and understand.
Players will respect and trust the coach and will grow in confidence in this type of coach communicator environment.
